Dirty Money 2 is the sequel to the 1988 Czech cult comedy, Dirty Money (Bony a klid) which was about a group of unlawful currency exchange dealers during the Communist era. However, as long as the police also got their share, everyone kept quiet.
 

Twenty-five years later this group of small-time criminals is back, having shaken off their past Communist-era m.o.  and adapted to a new market. They now specialize in governmental and E.U. funding, but they are more bunglers than professionals, and when a young university graduate from a provincial city comes to Prague and is dragged into their shady dealings, everything turns out quite differently.
